Subscribed My favorite family night is whenever we get together every Friday and Saturday night. We make popcorn, chips, nachos, pigs in a blanket, finger tacos, mini burgers, etc. during our family nights we actually splurge on junk food! We break out all our board games and each week whoever is the winner from the week before gets to pick the game we're playing (which is usually my 6 year old because we let her win ;o) ) My son who is 13 usually stays with his dad but whenever he's over he joins the family fun also and usually beats us all! No cellphones, laptops, ipad, game systems, etc. allowed!!! This is our family fun nights and I take them quite serious because we're always busy throughout the week. This is really special to me and lets me know that life is short and always cherish those family moments. We had family night tonight! Which was movie night, tomorrow is game night! Sorry this is so long but I couldn't leave any of it out.

My favorite family game night was going over to my husband's mom's house and playing cards with Grandma. They would cook dinner, we would all help clean up, and then the card playing began. Grandma was a card shark and usually won. Good food and fun.

I miss our family game nights when we would all get together on Wed.& Thurs. nights & play monopoly or pictionary when our older kids were younger. It was so challenging to them at the time & now it's Bingo night just about every day with our 3yr.old. She loves playing her Hello Kitty & Monkey Bingo. We love it!:)

Growing up, my family always played games. Now, with my children getting older we are able to play more games together. I look forward to designating a special night when we play several games, have treat, and create lasting memories

When I was a little girl, my family would get together a few times a month (I know, not as often as we should have, but boy was it a treat when we did) and play different games. Of course we played Monopoly (who didn't? I had to be the dog, daddy was the boot! LOL) but we also play Risk (always fun with Dad and my two sisters. Mom refused to play that one and somehow, dad always took over the world), Boggle, and my personal favorite, Spoons (deck of cards and a bunch of spoons). With my own children, we again, get together a few times a month (regular activities don't allow it to be weekly) and play boggle (I have to sneak spelling in there somehow), Clue, War, spoons (of course), Battleship, Scrabble (again with the spelling), Checkers (we painted a huge board on our basement floor and use stuffed animals and shoes as the checkers because I haven't made those yet LOL), and Apples to Apples. My kids are getting older, and I am pretty sure my "family game night" time is going to get more and more limited over the next few years. I have to take it while I can get it!

I am a new subscriber! I remember when I was young, my dad used to love to pull out the dominoes and we would all sit around the kitchen table and play. I don't think I was very good but I think they would help me win. I will never forget those happy times. I hope that my 7 year old son will have memories of his happiest times with our little family as well. Thanks so much for the giveaway!

My favorite game night is when my family and I used to get together when I was a child and played classic board games, such as Sorry, Monopoly, and Mouse Trap.

Such a fun giveaway!! My favorite memory of family game nights is a new and old one - - yahtzee seems to be our family game. We play it each time we get together with my Mom. Plus growing up it was the game that was played when Grandma would come visit with Mom, myself and Grandma playing. Such wonderful memories around this game.
